POLICY: •All completed services are non refundable. • Client must come in with CLEAN lashes. •There is a 15 minute grace period. Anything past 15 minutes will be an automatic cancellation. •No call - no shows will not be allowed to book again. •Refills must have 40% of lash extensions. If you can count the lash extensions left then you need to book full set. •Anything past 3 week fill will be considered a full set. If you book a fill after 3 week mark I will decline your appointment and have you schedule a full set. • Foreign fills welcomed, previous work should be isolated properly & clean. •No extra guests! •If you have major fallout with in 48 hours please contact me immediately. •If you’re feeling sick, please do not book/cancel your appointment.
